Is There a Higher Risk of Suicide in the Church?
We don't see anything in our research that would suggest that latterday saint algibitic individuals are at higher risk for suicide than any other now. There are definitely struggles that individuals can have within the church, and that's unquestioned as well. The restored gospel of jesus christ pro vides the knowledge, the ordinances, the authority to help individuals connect with god in in the most meaningful way possible. We need to help individuals, no matter what their circumstances, be able to do that.
