Florida tried to dissolve a special taxing district that allowed the major landowner, which was Disney, to run its own. The new political appointees declare all these long-term contracts void and then here comes Disney filing suit against them. "They did it in plain view with notice, lawful notice according to state law," says CNN's John Avlon.
