Practicing Nasal Breathing

A lot of UFC fighters have a deviated septum. If you can start breathing better through your nose, you stay in a more calm state and sympathetic rather than always in a parasympathetic state. I definitely think that nasal breathing is a huge, huge concept of awareness that you guys are bringing to the table right now. Yeah. And like I said, they've been doing it in yoga, but they don't really give you the science.
