ZH was in Paris and he was messaging Todd Boli pleading to get the deal done. But apparently PSG hadn't sent documents that needed to be signed. The same document was sent three times without a signature on it one way or the other. I just think in that situation, if that is if that's true, if it is a technical issue at face value, what's the point in not letting both clubs just do this transfer? You've got to draw the line somewhere when there's a legitimate error like that involved. Jim: "The way to ruin Chelsea would just be leave it open or seize"
