Drake London could have easily had twice the number of receiving touchdowns last year than he actually had. PFF's expected touchdowns model had him close to eight scores. Despite the low volume as a rookie, London was top 20 in the league in red zone targets. Justin Herbert had a touchdown rate last season of 3.6%.
