Managing Client Expectations

The lingo we use among ourselves is so bad. Wealth management is already an overwhelming topic to anyone who isn't trained in it. It's up to you to communicate with your clients in ways that helps them understand why each element of their portfolio is an important piece of their total investment picture. Use plain english, and don't overwhelm your clients.
