The Msi and the Post-War Republic
The msi since 1960 had never had any chance of entering national government. This also kind of perversely saved it from being involved in webs of official corruption that brought down the christian democrats and socialists who had long-beated government. At the fugie congress in 1995 something of a kind of clause four moment for the msi it sort of says ours is the tradition of the right before during and after the 1920s so they start to say you know like all Italians we are post-fascist.
