In New York County, in Manhattan, they almost exclusively use grand jury. I've had cases where the guy absolutely committed the crime, but he was very sympathetic and didn't deserve to be punished in the grand jury. And as soon as he put David Pekker in, who I would argue is a co-conspirator in this election interference immunity from the feds, correct? The presentation becomes much more robust. When a defendant testifies, it's a whole different ballgame. You add a lot more witnesses, testimony and and and people were saying after after Bob custom Robert testified, they were asking did Alvin Bragg have cold feet? Was he reconsidering?
