Sarah: How do I build rapport with parents in my kids social circles so that it doesn't feel yeah awkward because when kids have their own phones and make their own plans it's really it's an alienating. Megan: You need to be in touch with these people like if something happens these are people you want on your team and the way to do that is kind of this day to day like okay we're all in this boat together and it's a mess right? Sarah: One thing I am trying to be a little better at is remembering that younger teenagers especially still need help planning uh social things and hosting something for four or five older kids or young teenagers for a sleepover
