In America, we love these debates about what government can do. At least half of America thinks the most efficient way for Americans that don't have a dime is to get them there. Where's the evidence? Just like I would say, where's the evidence on a particular trading strategy? So I see the data with trend following trading. I look for the data with these other strategies and it's hard to see.
