I actually do believe that all nine justices should be conservative in the small s sense that they should be, you know, textualists or originalists. The role of the supreme court is to figure out what the constitution says, not what we want it to say. I often ask my libertarian friends, who have a much more sort of empowered vision for the supreme court than i have,. That's the kind of court i would like to see.
