The Democrats Care So Much About the Environment

FTX founder Sam Bankman Friedman will no longer face a campaign finance charge at his criminal trial in October. Prosecutors told US district judge, Louis Kaplan, that the government and the Bahamas notified them on Wednesday that authorities there did not consider the charge to be included in his extradition. The prosecutors wrote they can't pursue it at the trial because of the treaty obligations with the Bahamas.
