The Ghoulish Insistence That No One Really Needs These Interventions
I feel like everything that you have said applies to US public health. No one really needs these interventions. It's like the ones they need aren't on the table. The sort of ghoulish insistence that if only they could get their shit together, these backwards for people is facile. And I think this is structural. You know, I'm saying loves, but it's not just like a preference. Like if we can just educate people enough about, you know, whatever health thing, then that’s good enough. If we deliver enough like units of education, then like we've hit the metric.
