i want to lead into a the group tat at you you manage there at genesis, and differentiate a bit what it's like to be a doctor to day. If you're getting out of medical school now versus back when you were in medical school, the choicest where end up going? I mean, end up working for a large health system or aa large group practice, or you work for insurers, or can you become an independent physician?
