i think the best way to do it is really discussions like what you and i are having, because most people don't, don't know. I've spent a lot of money on doctors only to realize that it was just the shiddy environment that i was living. And all iavd to do wasn ii. I didn't need more vitamens. I needed less poison. So how can, how can we go fast track that that proces r at least ruled out, to see if it is even an issue for them? We try and, as a society, try an pinpoint challenges into various specific categories. But there's no such thing as 'one size fits all'
