TP, FN, FP = True Positive False Negative

I would draw a two by two table as I have on my screen now. It is acceptable to use TP, FN, FP for your true positive false negative and so on. And then with that table, you could use the definitions and say sensitivity is your true positives over true positives plus false negatives. Same thing from the table. I would write the equation for specificity with a word definition just saying true negative rate. Positive predictive value, probably a bit of a longer sentence given a positive test. What is the probability of disease given a negative test versus the probabilityof disease.
