What Does It Take to Be a Chef?
Cooking and being a chef, to me, are two completely different things. Jeff has to be a good cook, but a great cook can't always be a great cheffer. Chef is the person who runs the business, who runs the back of the house, runs the kitchen. Has to know what all the other employees are doing in the kitchen. You youre executing those recipes correctly over and over.
