You will not become everything god's created you to be with the approval of every one around you. Jesus simply spoke the truth in love and went on to fulfil his destiny without peter's approval. Let me challenge you, keep a good attitude. Shake off the negative voices. Don't pay any attention to the nay sayers that are trying to discredit you and make you look bad. I've learned, if you'll stay in faith, the more they talk, the higher god will take you.
