The Importance of Peer Review

I would say peer review for all its problems is effective at pushing people to clarify what they're saying, what they mean. And then I would also say that we are engaged in robust conversations about race and class to some extent,. not as much in this country as elsewhere. These robust conversations raise people's awareness. So yeah, so I would say I remain wary but comfortable that we're catching bad knowledge more often than in the past.
