The Relationship Between Ideology and the American Labor Movement
On the one hand, you don't seem to have a lot of interest in or patience for ideology. You are principally interested in winning. On the other hand, especially in no shortcuts, you go quite a bit into the history of the American labor movement. So yeah, you seem less interested in people who can sort of cook up impressive theories and more interested in people that can carry out impressive wins. Is this an accurate description? Yes. No, I answered yes to the first question. The point is yours, which is it doesn't matter if they know if the workers get organized and can create a crisis, they can win.
