How to Balance Risk With Stability
The church should have financial incentive to take care of the pastor's family. The funding of the seminary shouldn't be aligned with getting as many people through regardless of their qualification. One of the other things I think in terms of being family friendly, if the training is happening at a local level, one of the things that we can do with guys is say, Hey, listen, your wife's just had a kid or she's pregnant,. She's sick, whatever it is, your child needs special attention and let's kind of hit pods here. Like, let's dovetail the training so that you need to take about first things first.
