Arsenal have been the biggest spenders in world football this summer. I think that is something that has gone massively underreported. It doesn't take long for fans to get on a club's back in the summer because there's no football to be associated with. West Ham spent all their time lording it up about how much money they make to get for Declan Rice and don't fucking tell anyone. David Moyes does not want to be told what to do by some numbers, Bob. But he goes about his business given the way he conducts himself.
