The SEC's Concern About the Commingling of Customer Funds
The suit says billions of U.S. dollars in customer funds from the various Binance platforms were combingled in an account held by a entity controlled by CZ called Merit Peak Limited. The SEC has not alleged that there is any sign of fraud or criminal activity. What they've alleged is this doesn't seem to align with what would be best for customers.
