Many of the people who had flee germany and austria were soe high achievers. Academics were some of the first people removed from their positions by the narzes in 19 33. Huge numbers of some britain's best lecturers ended up on the isle of man. There are these ten camps, with 12 hundred men in it. Theres sort of inrequisition boarding houses. It was quite an exciting place to be even though it was miserable and depressing as well for men that was all going on at the time.
