Do You Track Financial Numbers or Lead Indicators?
There are two kinds of numbers. One is a financial number, which will reflect your past. There is a second set of numbers, which we call lead indicators. And these lead indicators will give you a hint, or a estimation about the business that you are going to do going forward. Then you'll be able to estimate your budget, your ou know, how are yu forecast, et cetera, for your business going forward.
