Lowe's Sales Mix: 75% Do It Yourself Versus Home Depot
Liz Suzuki, B of A security senior hard lines retail analyst. Lowe's sales mix is about 75% do it yourself, mostly homeowners and 25% pros compared to Home Depot that's about 50-50. Mortgage rates are obviously elevated right now. Most people aren't changing homes or buying new homes because they have a pretty low rate. People wanting to fix up the house they're in.
