The OECD Minimum Tax Increase Plus Foreign Governments Can Tax American Companies Overseas

The OECD minimum tax increase plus foreign governments will be able to tax our companies overseas. I don't understand why in the pursuit of higher corporate income taxes, they're willing to have differential treatment of American companies relative to companies that are headquartered everywhere else in the world. Every single one of them is protecting their home-based companies, except us. And if that's what it takes to do it, they're more than willing to do so.
