Is Israel the People of God?
The name israel will be speaking about the ten tribes to the north under jeroboam's rule, and juda will be the title for the southern kingdom. If you look at a map, you will see that the dividing line between the north and the south is just north of jerusalem lem. And that problem is they don't have access to the temple any more. That's important because jesus is the lion of the tribe of juda.
