The Heterodox Opposition to Gender Affirming Care
There isn't high quality research. It's very, very difficult to do high quality research in this area because if you don't get the patients what they want or what their parents want, they'll just go someplace else. Psychiatrists have gone off the deep end before with trendy ideas. Just because a bunch of psychiatrists are presently endorsing a particular treatment doesn't really mean that that's the best possible treatment.
