The integrity of the people that work in there and go home every night is not good. They have financial advisors, they've got attorneys that will stand up for them on certain issues. The retirement's good, the pay is good, the benefits are good. California is an expensive place to live. So they want to live well. And they do quite well after lowering their salaries.
