The agile programming model can be used for this, although a lot of the agile programmers don't understand it. What does work though is human centered design that as they're doing the coding, they should actually be thinking about who's using it and they should understand those people. And so you want to go out and look at what's happening in Sweden, which is different than U.S., which is different from South Africa or China. So I had to revise what I was doing. It's human centered. But now they keep going. Always.
