The Texas legislature is considering a bill that would make Golden Silver Coins legal tender in the United States. Gold and silver has been used as U.S. currency since the early 70s, but it was supposed to be worth one dollar's worth of gold or two dollars' worth of silver. Paul: The Federal Reserve trying to slow down the economy by raising interest rates at the same time will devalue the supply of dollars already in circulation. "I think the global central bank digital program will eventually move away from the dollar into other currencies," he says.
