The Legal Case of a Gay Couple in the United States
A gay couple, one of whom is being evicted basically brings a lawsuit against his landlord. Miguel Broshy says that he should be afforded the same rights as a wife who's husband passed away and whose husband was on the lease. Can you talk about the kind of context of this legal case? I'm not a lawyer but I am interested in the variety of documents that come to light because of this.
