Close your eyes and look around that room. Who would you be without the thought I don't belong here? No one's staring at you. Just look around the room other than what you're thinking and believing. And notice physically what happens, when people are in terror, they can sweat profusely. You could be experiencing more terror in that situation than someone on a battlefield with people shooting at them. Some of us to our deathbed. That little girl sitting there is in your head, no matter how old you get, and you may not even remember it, but she's there. Endorcing what you continue to believe.
