I would hope that you know as a researcher or designer you kind of have this openness and this awareness self-awareness to kind of be able to observe and understand. I've noticed what I give my workshops though because I've already primed people to think about this stuff when they're actually diving into the activities like they do. It's really easy in when you're in a product team to get super excited about what you're designing and then it's really easy kind of like forget to consider what could go wrong.
