i remember taking some history of astrology classes with nick camp, nicholas campion, at kepler college. He always was very down on and skeptical of what he called the myth of progress. In this country, for example, seeing this was a real instance where it brought me back to thinking about how sometimes there can be steps backwards. And you can't always take things for granted, because there's nothing that's necessarily permanent. I'm just hoping it doesn't go in that direction of one historical, historically possible scenario yet.
