Do You Have Any Sources That Give Us the Voices of Sex Wonism?
There was a big thing in the eighteenth century for thay became known as harlotographies. Do we have any sources really that give us the voices of sex wonism? We have some that get close. But it's always filtered through his voice. Getting to the actual voices themselves is incredibly difficult. That sounds fairly frustrating as a historian. A thread that runs throughout the book is society's attempts to crack down on sex work and attempts to contain or abolish it.
