How to Approach the Accountability Partner Concept Practically in Your Business

Never have accountability partner with within your family or close friends. Don't go for somebody who is very busy, you know? I mean, what's the point of having such partners? So i would not go for this partner. Butfor whom will i go to? I will go to somebody  with whom i iam able to share myself freely and there can be a free, honest and frank discussion. And just imagine if the biggest asset is not put to use at his optimal best. What result can you expect from the company? You will get success, but you will not get the best r result that you are capable of achieving.
