Swedish banks have their own payment system called swish. They're based on, or swish is based on your telephone number. It's been geared up though mainly between friends and people buying second hand goods from websites like craigslist. The biggest supermarket chain here in Sweden has NFC terminals but they've only used it for a loyalty scheme so far.
