The Preliminaries of the Lo-Jong Text

It's been about a year since Michael and I started the Everybody Podcast. We thought to ourselves this text is not a great text for warming up into Buddhism. One verse that says warm up jumps straight into absolute or straight into bodhicitta. There's a lot to that first verse of the Lo-jong text so we'll go through some preliminaries before continuing forward.
