Residential Property

It's one of the sort of arguments against residential property as an asset class you can't sell a bedroom as people always say. The illiquidity is one of the biggest strengths and weaknesses of resi properties and investment it kind of encourages people to invest for the long term but if you do need to offload an asset quickly it's not quite so easy to do. It would be very hard at the moment it would be the worst possible time wouldn't it I mean we've got falling prices. It's not an ideal time to be offloading at the moment so and but look I mean these are proposed changes so the moment I have to wait and see what comes in the coming weeks
