Do You Think Georgia Is in the European Camp?

The European Union gave Georgia 12 conditions. One of them is over the appointment of Supreme Court judges to the Supreme Court. I think that at this moment, what is predominant is the strategic issue and the risks of giving to Russia the wrong message about Georgia. The decision of the EU has to be a more strategic one than one based formally on the criteria.
