How to Track Your Agile Implementation

I always tell people lean flows better. If you have a simple view that people can then grow what they need into versus start with the complex view and make our process fit that. That's just, just be for disaster. There are still some people I'm just learning about it. Or there are people who just are frustrated with the way their company's doing things. People can lay it off from an opportunity and they're looking for a new word. So if we could give them one thing to help them either be more successful in their search or be more success in their next Agile implementation, it will be the one piece of advice that would help them progress.
