Kubernetes Development - Are You Using YAML?

Kubernetes and mini cube scaffold are all great technologies. I had a YAML on a deployment the other day that I was trying to wrap my head around. One of the things that kind of sucks about Kubernetes is you can do JSON, but it seems like YAML is the way that everybody prefers to go. The ammo is going to melt your brain at first. You mean, wait, what all it does go to any line? Why is that an array?
