I think at this point, we can almost writing off that the national unions will actually figure this out without with exception of the few who have long figured it out right. That's going to start to look more like Pennsylvania Minnesota but a little bit better prepped. We need as much strike readiness as humanly possible. Where are you what have you done to prepare for this moment don't wait to then to ask the question, ask it now, because we still have time to figure out.
