Lockbit, formerly a bit player, has risen to prominence as it took top slot in september's ransom ware leader board. When asked what the secret was to their recent market dominance, lockbit did its best silicon valley unicorn imitation and replied: 'An impeccable reputation' In three months, we have attacked over 700 companies. They see the stealthbit information stealer as their competitive secret sauce. And it's clear that they see themselves primarily as a player in the c to c market.
