i think what we've got now with the scrapping of reasonable grounds is tantamount to really thing, a tottotalitarian approach to policing black people and people in general. And i want to just mention the whole situation regarding youth, because we are talking we mention black men, but we also have to really talk about black youngsters, boys and girls. I mean, who aren't 18 or older than that. This is not about stopping crime. This is about abusing power of young peop wo are black, boys andGirls.
