The Yips - What Coaches Did?

The best way I would describe it would be a sudden inability to perform an automatic movement. There were some things looking back on it that maybe I perhaps wish some of my coaches had had done with me or for me. The typical thing when somebody's going through this is to go mechanical and unfortunately that's what happened when it was fairly obvious that I could not throw a strike.
