The Disparity in Maternal Fetal Health
The black maternal mortality rate is up and that's one of the things that you are looking at. The story we're doing is about doulas, which have been around since the beginning of time to help women deliver their babies. But with hospitals, sort of doulas became less commonplace but they are coming back. And I think that's just one of the ways that women have found ways to help other women.
