Coffee Is That Silent Companions
For me, and especially as te habit coach, i keep talking about how you should be doing what i call habit tacks. Mi wish is, while you are doing one habit, you can do another as well at the same time. And it was my coffee and grata journallin the way that i used to do it was while my coffee was brewing in the french press and bubbling away and all of that, i would be writing my gratitude journal. So in that way, i had made coffee an integral part of my morning routine. I think there's a lot more that you can do and and have a healthy relationship with coffee than the one that we have now.
